Where do the products at Cultural Wanderlust come from?
Our products come from various countries and regions around the world, primarily developing countries and structurally weak areas. Another branch of our business focuses on promoting sustainable and cultural products at a local level.
No matter where, we always work closely with local artisans, small businesses and initiatives to offer authentic and sustainably produced items.
How are the products selected?
All products are carefully curated and must meet our standards of quality, sustainability and cultural authenticity. We select products that reflect the rich cultural heritage, essence and craftsmanship of their countries and regions of origin. We know all of our partners and the local manufacturing conditions personally.
How does Cultural Wanderlust promote sustainability?
We promote sustainability through fair trade practices, direct partnerships with artisans and small business owners, and the selection of products that are manufactured in an environmentally friendly way. In addition, we also support local initiatives that share our values.
How can I be sure that the products are produced under fair conditions?
We place great importance on transparency and work directly with our partners to ensure that all products are manufactured under fair and ethical conditions. This includes fair wages, safe working conditions and sustainable production methods.
Does Cultural Wanderlust also support local initiatives in Germany?
Yes, in addition to international products, we also offer items from local partners who share our values of sustainability and cultural appreciation. These partnerships help us to build a bridge between global and local action.
SHIPMENT
How are your products shipped?
Our products are generally shipped centrally from our warehouse or, if necessary, directly from the warehouse of our cooperation partners or centrally from our warehouse. We work closely with our suppliers to ensure that the products reach you safely and in an environmentally friendly manner.
How long does your shipping process take?
As a rule, your order will be processed within 1-3 working days. As soon as your order has been handed over to our shipping partner by us or one of our cooperation partners

In other EU countries and Switzerland it can take up to 15 days for your order to arrive.
How sustainable is your shipping?
Since sustainability is one of our core values, we want to avoid unnecessary CO2 emissions. That's why we ship all our products with DHL GoGreen as standard. We have also made sure that our shipping materials are as sustainable as possible. We only use eco-friendly shipping boxes or recycled plastic bags made in the EU.
We would be very happy if you could find other uses for our shipping materials.
Can I track my order?
As soon as we have handed over your order to our shipping partner, you will receive a shipping confirmation from us by email. This email contains a tracking link with the shipment number of your package.
RETURNS
How can I return or exchange a product?
If you are not satisfied with a product, we offer returns and exchanges under certain conditions. Please just contact our customer service and we will be happy to help you.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
- Please write an email to contact@culturalwanderlust.de stating your order number, reason for the return and the product(s) to be returned.
- You will receive an email from us to check together whether your desired return is possible. Please make sure that the returned items are unused and in their original condition so that we can refund the full purchase price. Items that are returned to us broken or used cannot be refunded.
- If there is nothing standing in the way of a return, you can pack the product(s) and send them back to us.
- As soon as we have processed your return, you will receive a confirmation email from us. You will receive a refund for the returned items within 14 working days of receipt of the return.
